HR Intern

Background:
The internship is meant to be a full-time position, and will last around 4-6 months. After successful completion, a part-time employment (while studying) or a start in a permanent role is always possible – also in other fields of our business; this can be a place to grow.

Your team:
The Employee Success Team is responsible for pretty much what the name implies. But apart from that, there’s so much more to it. It starts at attracting suitable people, choosing the right ones while ensuring a nice candidate experience, and setting the context for them to grow and be happy. We’re currently growing at lightning speed and have to reinvent HR theory – what others do is usually not suitable for us. And we’re a bit different, or at least, we aim to be; that’s where you come in.

You’ll do:
Actively approach candidates (on LinkedIn, etc.) | Lead campus recruiting | Screen applications | Organize the recruiting experience for candidates | Work on your own initiatives to ensure employee happiness and growth | And other things you’re passionate about.

Here are some fancy things you might bring to the table: 
University degree | English (C2) | Some relevant working experience | Writing and researching skills | A keen interest in HR topics.
